This activity course is for all levels of yoga. It explores the principles of Hatha Yoga and how they apply to achieve lifelong fitness. Students learn and/or review yoga postures (asanas) designed to strengthen and tone the body and practice them in daily yoga flows.

Please bring a yoga mat.
