CourseGraphic This course provides a gentle, hands-on introduction to essential digital skills designed specifically for older adults. Students will gain confidence in using smartphones, sending text messages, and managing emails to stay connected with friends and family. We will go over online tasks, such as accessing telehealth services and making secure online payments through simple, easy-to-follow steps. A major focus is placed on online safety, teaching you how to identify common scams and use security tools to protect your personal information. With an emphasis on patience and repetition, every student will feel supported while building the skills needed to navigate the modern digital world.
