Athletic Summer Camps: Co-Ed Flag Football Camp: Grades 4-8 (July 13-16)

Campers will be grouped by age and ability. Join the Diablo Valley College Athletic Summer Camps for an exciting opportunity to boost your sports skills! Open to students in grades 4-8 of all ability levels, you'll learn directly from DVC athletes and coaches while utilizing the college's premier athletic facilities. This camp will cover how to: build a strong athletic foundation through specialized strength and conditioning routines, master the fundamentals of catching and de-flagging, and emphasize the team concept to ensure players understand their roles within a cohesive unit. Camps run Monday through Thursday, 9 am-12 pm, allowing you to sign up for one week or multiple weeks.  This is the perfect way to stay active, learn new skills, and have fun this summer! All camps are beginner friendly. Snack will be provided. Go Vikings!
