Nia (pronounced nee-ah) is a fun creative pathway to health and exercise that is adaptable to all ages and physical abilities. Blending dance technique with martial arts movements and mindfulness practice from healing arts, Nia teaches you to pay attention to your body's sensations and to choose movements that make you feel good. Every dancer will move differently because every person's body is different. Nia is a great workout for anyone who wants to move and enrich both body and soul. No dance experience needed.
