This is an in-person activity course designed to utilize strength training, speed development and position specific scheme and skills training to develop athletes' functional skills in preparation for college football participation. This is a stacked course incorporated with KNICA 199 - 8236 / 8235
Recommended Prerequisite: Students should be members of an organized, full- contact football team, preparing for intercollegiate or high school varsity season in the Fall 2025.
