This course is design for your child to move and learn using different activities that include but not limited to a cardio circuit training style. This course training is designed to be fun and interactive class that includes warm-ups, rest, and cool downs. The obstacle course with help test and build your strength, endurance, agility training, balance, and coordination, all while listening to upbeat tunes. It is design to keep the student engaged and on the move.It is designed for the appropriate age groups. A refillable or disposable water bottle is required.
