Explore the engineering design process through hands-on physics-oriented challenges. The class emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation, encouraging students to engage actively in their own learning process and others. Projects are designed to promote critical thinking by asking students to anticipate and prevent possible obstacles from interfering with their goals via their designs. By the end of the course, students will have gained practical experience in designing, testing, and improving their own creations in a supportive and low-stakes environment.
