This activity class is open to student-athletes both girls and boys who are interested in getting yourself ready for the upcoming high school and club seasons. You will be training alongside our intercollegiate women's volleyball team who is preparing for their fall season. We expect everyone to be open and willing to learn new skills and refine already known skills. Recommended Prerequisite: At least two years of competitive experience in high school and/or club volleyball.

Please read:  Materials Provided by DVC: Net system, volleyballs, coaches' platform and target basket: Materials Students Need to Bring: Dress appropriately for class/practice - t-shirt, shorts/bikers, court shoes, socks, kneepads, and arm sleeves (optional). Also, bring water bottle, hand towel and snacks (if needed).
