Who says math has to be boring!? Math adventures is about building off of the students knowledge in math. This class will focus as a  supplement or support for students. Students will explore concepts from core math standards through group instruction, games, hands on exploration, and teamwork. Students will explore different mathematical concept including but not limited to number and operations standards (counting, place value, addition/subtraction, multiplication/division, basic fractions), geometry and measurement (shape attributes, measuring in metric and English units, money, time), and algebraic thinking (problem solving, patterns).
