This is an in-person activity course designed to utilize strength training, speed development and position specific scheme and skills training to develop athletes' functional skills in preparation for college football participation. Instruction takes place in accordance with covid/social distancing best practices in meeting spaces, the fitness center and in the stadium.
This is a stacked course incorporated with KNICA 199-8236/8235
Students should be members of an organized, full-contact football team, preparing for intercollegiate or high school varsity seasons in the Fall 2024.
