Filmmakers: Digital Editing 4th-6th

Discover the exciting world of digital filmmaking! Students will learn what filmmaking is and how to analyze films by watching short films and learn how to make their own through editing. Learn the basics of framing, angles, camera motion, and editing with sound. Students will learn editing theory and how to cut for different emotions. Students will also be taught how to record room tone and voiceover to have the perfect sound for editing. Build skills of teamwork and creative development so that you can make films with your friends or on your own. Students will have their own computer and be spaced out.
