This class is designed for students who could benefit from the face to face interaction with instructors to learn, practice, or advance in their 4th-6th grade math skills. Disciplines include but are not limited to the following; adding, subtracting, understanding the meaning of multiplication within 100 and division and strategies. After completing this class you will be able to: - Solve addition, multiplication, subtraction, and division problems - Solve a variety of graphing problems - Have a better understanding of word problems - Know the importance of math and some of its applications in the real world. - Be more familiar with basic Geometry Instructors will create an academically rigorous, yet supportive and fun, classroom environment. Instructors will treat students with respect, kindness and patience. Instructors will create a safe learning environment for all students.
