ClassGraphic This course invites girls ages 14–17 of all skill levels to master both the physical and mental demands of water polo. Athletes will refine essential techniques such as eggbeater power, precision passing, and dynamic shooting to enhance their individual performance in the pool. We dive deep into game theory, teaching players how to analyze defensive structures and anticipate an opponent’s next move to gain a tactical advantage. By the end of the session, participants will possess a higher "water polo IQ" and the confidence to execute complex plays in competitive match settings.
